Accessibility Statement
Last updated: October 2026
Mechanicaltears Walk-In Tubs wants mechanicaltears.lat to be simple to use for everyone, including older visitors and people with disabilities. This statement shares how we approach that. It is a general template and not legal advice.
What We Are Aiming For
We want as many people as possible to be able to use this site. We work toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA.
Steps We Take
We try to:
- Use clear headings and a sensible reading order
- Add text descriptions to images that carry meaning
- Keep text easy to read, with strong color contrast
- Make each page work with a keyboard
- Lay out pages so they read well on phones, tablets and computers
- Write in plain, simple language
- Label form fields clearly and keep forms short
Where We Fall Short
Some parts of the site may still miss these guidelines. Embedded tools and other third-party content can sit partly outside our control. We check the site on a regular basis and fix problems as we find them.
Other Ways to Get Help
If something on this site is hard to use, you can still get help. Request a callback to speak with a provider, or email contact@mechanicaltears.lat and we will do our part to assist. A family member or caregiver is welcome to reach out for you.
Tell Us What Is Not Working
Let us know where the site gave you trouble. Email contact@mechanicaltears.lat and share:
- The page or feature that caused the problem
- What went wrong and what you hoped would happen
- Your browser, device and any assistive software, if you can tell us
We will read your message and aim to reply within a few business days.
Work That Continues
Accessibility is never truly done. As we update the site, we will keep making it better.
Tell us what happened
