Reach homeowners planning safer baths

Do you install walk-in tubs, convert tubs to showers or build accessible showers? Mechanicaltears Walk-In Tubs sends homeowner requests to independent providers like you. These homeowners are already thinking about a project. They want to talk to someone local.

This is not a job posting. We do not hire employees. We connect homeowners with independent businesses.

Who we work with

We look for providers who:

  • Run their own business and serve homes in our region
  • Work on older houses, small baths and tricky layouts
  • Handle tub replacement, safe bathing conversion and handicap accessible showers
  • Treat busy families with respect for their time

Not every provider offers all of these. That is fine. Tell us what you do well, in your own words.

What we expect

Homeowners trust a referral, so we hold providers to a clear standard.

  • Hold the licenses and insurance your state or town requires
  • Give written quotes with a clear scope
  • Explain timelines and how you will protect the home during the job
  • Return homeowner inquiries in a timely way
  • Be honest about costs, limits and what you can and cannot do

We do not take part in the job. You set your own prices and sign your own contracts.

How to apply

Send a short email to contact@mechanicaltears.lat. Include:

  • Your business name and the towns you serve
  • The services you offer
  • A brief note about licensing and insurance
  • The easiest way for homeowners to reach you

We will review your note and write back with next steps. Fees and terms for referrals are explained before you start.
