How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

We want everyone who reaches out to Mechanicaltears Walk-In Tubs to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, we would like to know. This page shows how to raise a concern and what to expect afterward. It is a general template and not legal advice.

Topics You Can Bring Us

You can contact us about:

  • Your experience when you called or messaged Mechanicaltears Walk-In Tubs
  • How we handled your personal information
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • How a provider we connected you with behaved

If the Problem Is a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They are responsible for their own estimates, prices, products, warranties and customer service. If something went wrong with work in your home, it usually helps to take it up with the provider first and keep a written record.

Please still tell us. Feedback helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Keep in mind that Mechanicaltears Walk-In Tubs cannot settle contract disputes, handle warranty claims, refund money for a provider's work or act for a provider.

Send Us the Details

Email contact@mechanicaltears.lat and include:

  • Your name and a way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • What happened and what you would like us to do

After You Write

We will confirm by email that we received your complaint, usually within a few business days. We will look into it, which may include contacting the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

Still Not Happy?

If our answer does not settle things, reply and ask us to take another look. Your state attorney general, a state consumer protection office or the local Better Business Bureau may also be able to help. For licensed contractors, your state's contractor licensing board may be able to help too.
